We use your information to provide and improve the Service, generate AI-powered financial insights, send notifications and reminders, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage by default. If you opt into cloud sync, data is stored on secure servers in Australia. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.
Our AI agents process your financial data to generate insights, forecasts, and recommendations. This processing happens to provide the core functionality of the Service. AI-generated outputs are not shared with other users.
When you connect third-party services (Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.), we access only the data necessary to provide the Service. Each integration is governed by the respective third party's privacy policy in addition to ours.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Under Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@cashierr.com.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
